17 years ago, Jason Ma saw a world of young people struggling to find their place. As a father, globetrotter, and education technology CEO, he knew there had to be a better way. His own daughters, like so many other high achievers, were stressed and anxious. He saw potential going untapped, and knew that he could help them unlock it.
But it wasn’t just about individuals — Jason also saw a shortage of next-generation leaders around the world. So he merged his Asia-based education SaaS technology company with a leading U.S. provider of top-tier college planning and application services, including their chain of learning centers. Together, they founded an elite education and college prep company that served over one thousand families per year. While the work there was meaningful and impactful, Jason had to work full-time every Saturday and Sunday for years.
After six years, Jason left the company to create something even more meaningful. He founded ThreeEQ, a family business that focuses on serving select, high-end client families, with more freedom. Today, ThreeEQ is a trusted top advisor and preeminent expert in Ivy League/elite college admissions, life, high-end career, executive, and family coaching that helps private client families, companies, and individuals achieve great outcomes and transform lives.
